These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ck223 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using ck223's website, mobile application, or any related services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately. In addition to these Terms, ck223's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of this agreement.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to all of ck223's online services, websites, and gaming environment.
• "Member" — refers to any registered user account holder.
• "Real Money Bet" — refers to any bet or wager placed using real currency (Taka).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to balance received through promotions that can only be withdrawn after meeting specific conditions.

To open an account at ck223, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. ck223 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts if multiple accounts are detected.

2.2 Identity Verification

ck223 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Password & Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You are requested not to share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected].

The minimum age to create and manage an account at ck223 is 21 years. Providing false information about age is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

ck223 primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Registration may be restricted from certain regions where online gaming is against local law. By registering at ck223, you confirm that using this service is lawful in your area.

ck223 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through secure and convenient payment methods. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are described below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Participation in betting or games is only possible after a deposit has been confirmed.
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (for accounts with completed identity verification).
• Withdrawals are only approved to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Specific wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

4.3 Currency

All transactions at ck223 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any currency conversion charges that apply may be collected by the payment provider — ck223 is not responsible for these.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳28,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example:

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may only benefit from a promotion once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a withdrawal of bonus funds is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck223 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of fraud or misuse.
• The time limit for each promotion will be stated in the details of that specific offer.

5.4 VIP Program

ck223's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is determined based on a member's gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

All betting and gaming activities at ck223 are governed by the rules described below. If a conflict arises between the rules of a game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) and ck223's rules, ck223's rules will apply.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the rules.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If the internet connection is lost, the game result will be calculated according to the server's record.
• If a dispute arises over a casino game result, ck223's server logs will be considered final evidence.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Each game and market has its own limits, which are displayed in the game interface. ck223 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck223 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Bonus abuse or taking advantage of bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using another member's account or collecting their login information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

8.1 Action by ck223

ck223 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Member Request for Account Closure

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Send an email to [email protected] for this. All ongoing bets should be settled and any valid balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)

• Loss in games or bets due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

• Negligence by the member or failure to secure their own account.
• Temporary unavailability during service maintenance.

ck223's total liability shall not in any case exceed the amount of the disputed transaction of the member concerned.
